Team TORC Receives Prestigious Chairman's Award
Oxford's submittal, an election year theme with a campaign slogan of "Take the Longshot...Change the Culture," was selected by judges as the winner of the Chairman's Award at district competition in Livonia. Winning the award automatically qualifies the team to compete in the State championship, however in moving on to semi-final competition, the team had already earned enough points to qualify. The State competition will be held at Eastern Michigan University from April 12-14.
