It is an absolute privilege working with students on a daily basis and serving our school community in this capacity. I believe that the potential for student success dramatically increases through our partnerships with parents and families. I am looking forward to meeting all of you in the near future! 

Education has always been my passion! As educators we have a tremendous responsibility working with students on a daily basis. The Oxford Middle School staff and administration are committed to meeting the individual needs of all our students to help prepare them for a global world. My hope is that you will visit OMS this year to learn more about the exciting opportunities that are being offered to our students.

I have a B.A. Degree in Early Childhood Education from Harding University in Arkansas. I obtained my Masters Degree from Oakland University in Educational Leadership. Prior to my arrival at OMS I spent several years working with students at Daniel Axford Elementary in Oxford teaching both 1st and 2nd grades. In 2007 I participated in Oakland Schools Aspiring Principals' Leadership Academy which included a year long administrative internship.  I had the opportunity to serve as Interim Principal at Daniel Axford during the 2009 school year..

My wife April and I currently reside in Oxford. Our two children, Mallory and Brady, keep us both busy and entertained. We enjoy traveling, attending and watching sporting events, and spending time with family.

I am looking forward to a great year! GO WILDCATS!!!
