Dear Oxford Schools Community,

We are happy to announce that Dr. Allison Willemin has accepted the role of Executive Director of School Operations  for Oxford Community Schools. She will begin her position with Oxford Community Schools on Monday, November 28, 2022.

Dr. Willemin holds a Doctor of Education in Professional Leadership, Inquiry, and Transformation from Concordia University, a Master of School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and she achieved her undergraduate degree at Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has dedicated her life to the education of children and remains a lifelong learner herself as she is nearing the completion of her superintendent’s certification.

Throughout her vocation in education Dr. Willemin has worked in school districts in North Carolina and Texas and holds numerous certifications across multiple educational disciplines.  The last 12 years of her career she has served the Seguin Independent School District in Texas, most recently as the Assistant Director of Secondary Education and Literacy. Her experience, leadership, knowledge, and training are extensive, and we are eager to have her a part of our team.  Originally from Michigan, Dr. Willemin is excited to move her family back home and become a Wildcat.
