We are working with the Oakland County Health Division (OCHD) to confirm a total of four presumptive COVID-19 cases from the same household. Three cases were present at Oxford High School last Thursday, October 8, and Friday, October 9. We have again taken the proactive approach and performed our own preliminary investigation. As we await official confirmation from OCHD, we have already communicated with those families that must quarantine students from OHS.
If you have NOT received a call from an OHS administrator this afternoon, your child will not have to quarantine for this case.
The district will send a case confirmation notice as soon as OCHD completes the full investigation and all necessary contact tracing.
